• Take into account whether or not the employee should have social security tax withheld based on cumulated earnings.
• You also need to calculate how much the business needs to send in for SUTA (.9%) and FUTA (6.3%).    Remember base salaries amounts where that applies.  Check cumulated earnings for each employee.
• Use the percentage method for calculating FIT, and use the tables in the textbook, not the Handbook/Study Guide.  The tables are different for the Handbook and for the textbook.
• Overtime is time and a half.
